Where We Ship

Hummingbird Disco offers shipping to all 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Currently, we do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Production and Processing

Items sold in the shop are ready-made. Processing time is 1-3 business days, meaning your order will ship 1-3 business days after you place the order. 

My current timeline for commissions is ~8 weeks from when the deposit is received. Rush orders are possible for an additional fee. As soon as your commissioned work is complete, I’ll send photos for your approval. After you’ve paid the balance due, I’ll ship your commissioned work within 1-3 business days.

I make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws a curveball. (Ahem, Covid-19.) If I’m experiencing longer than usual processing times, I will notify you either on the site or by email.

Shipping Rates & Timing

Hummingbird Disco has multiple shipping rates, depending on the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided via email from the shipping provider.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, I will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to me at emily@hummingbirddisco.com.
