I have a 30-day return policy for items purchased from the shop, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Commissioned items are custom-made, therefore, they cannot be returned.

Rented floral backdrops require a 50% deposit to secure your date. This deposit cannot be refunded. If you need to cancel your event, and you do so at least 48 hours before the event, you do not need to pay the balance, or I will refund the balance if it has already been paid.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage.

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
